Do objective moral truths exist? If so, are there any good examples? More importantly, how can we explain their existence? Can objective moral truths emerge from the laws of physics, or is an objective, personal, moral law giver a better explanation? In this stage presentation from an apologetics conference, J. Warner examines the evidence for the existence of objective moral truth.

Why try to explain natural phenomena by way of orderly laws? Jesus followers, on the other hand, believed one God ruled the university in an orderly, rational, Manner and created us as rational beings in His image.

Third Christ's followers believed God was distinct from his creation.

Jesus taught that God transcended the material world rather than simply acting on emotions or proclivities like gods in the Greek pantheon, for example, that God Jesus described was greater than and distinct from his creation, because the Christian God worked through predictable natural processes.

The environment could be studied.

The fourth reason Jesus ignited the exploration of science, was that Christ's followers were motivated by their desire to worship, the god of the universe.

Most secular scientists today are driven by their sincere love of Science and Discovery and, while that's a noble motivation, it pales when compared to the view held by Jesus followers, who believe that scientific Pursuits are an act of divine devotion and holy worship.

Johannes Kepler, mathematician astronomer Theologian and a key figure in the Scientific Revolution described his work.

This way, I was merely thinking God's thoughts after him, igniter number five Christ followers believe they could better understand.

God by observing his activity.

In the book of nature, Galileo once wrote, the intention of the Holy Ghost is to teach us how one goes to heaven, not how Heaven goes.

The first part of the statement describes special Revelation, for example the book of scripture, but the second part of Galileo's statement describes the natural Revelation observed in our world the book of nature, so to speak.

Christ following scientists throughout history held both books in high regard, igniter number, six Christ followers pursued physical and intellectual investigations of their environment.

Much of Science and Antiquity was intellectual rather than physical.

However, in the earliest Christian educational institutions, scientists began using Empirical research involving physical experiments.

Getting their hands dirty in Empirical research was an extension of their Divine Duty.

Finally, igniter number seven Christ followers created a place to advance The, Sciences scientific experimentation and Discovery blossomed.

When like-minded Scholars and students gathered in the context of modern universities.

When Christians established modern universities, they ignited the progress of science.

These seven attributes Point toward an obvious truth.

Jesus followers have had an oversized impact on the Sciences.

When we look at the history of scientific discovery and the Brilliant Minds that made it all possible, the leadership impact of Jesus follower simply cannot be denied from the ancient world through the Dark Ages in the Middle Ages to the Renaissance, the Scientific Revolution and even the modern era.

Every major area of science has been profoundly impacted by Christians, and these Christians represent a disproportionate amount of the scientific community.

Take a look for a moment at all.

The disciplines founded by Christians know the diversity and significance of the disciplines listed here.

Jesus Matters, To, The Sciences, the history of scientific exploration, was forever changed.

As Jesus followers studied the book of nature.

Christians are the fathers and founders of these disciplines as the founders and fathers of the Sciences, many were Award winners.

Christians have been awarded more Nobel prizes in science than any other group of scientific contributors as I researched.

All these scientists, science, fathers and award letters I realize that these Christ followers wrote about more than their scientific discoveries.

They also wrote about their savior.

They described their faith extensively and wrote about the man that inspired their work.

Believe it or not.

All the central claims of Christianity related to Jesus can be reconstructed from the work of these eminent scientists of all the evidential summaries I've offered so far from the writings of the church, fathers, the claims of the gnostics and the ancient non-christians who didn't like Jesus from the artists and hymn writers or the university campuses and Charters.

This list from scientists is the most robust summary of Jesus in every significant claim related to Jesus.

The science fathers agree with the church.

Fathers I was absolutely shocked at some point, I found myself asking if I trust scientists as much as I claim, why am I unwilling to take seriously what they say about Jesus, but as I pondered this other questions came to mind if Jesus is truly a history's Person of Interest, as I, reflected on the fuse in the Fallout related to Jesus I was similarly persuaded that Jesus was history's unique person of interest.

The appearance of Jesus was the singular event that forever changed history, but like the jury in Steve's trial.

I also would have liked to have eyewitness testimony from those who saw the life death and resurrection of Jesus before rendering a verdict.

Christians believe that the New Testament gospels contain just that kind of testimony eyewitness accounts of what really occurred, but when I started my investigation, I didn't trust the Bible and I didn't want to rely on it, but the evidence from the fuse in the Fallout, apart from the biblical accounts, revealed two important truths.

First, no man had the kind of impact Jesus had on history.

Second, every reconstruction of the Jesus story from literature, art, music, education and science describes Jesus, as God incarnate was that true was it possible? Jesus was something more than a man.

Would I find evidence for this.

On the pages of the Gospel accounts, the gospels, the eyewitness accounts of ancient Jesus followers, helped me to understand why the appearance of Jesus changed our calendar and inspired the world.

Jesus demonstrated with word in action that he was God, while other human prophets spoke for God.

Jesus spoke as God instead of saying this is what the Lord says like the prophets in the Old Testament Jesus would say: I tell you the truth.

Jesus also identified himself as otherworldly saying you are from below I am from above you are of this world.

I am not of this world.

He even claimed equality with God, saying I and the father are one.

The gospels also include several passages in which Jesus was described as having the power of God.

According to the gospel authors, Jesus had the power to create the power to forgive the power to Grant, eternal life, the power to judge sin only God has that kind of power.

Finally, eyewitnesses also said that Jesus rose from the grave.

This alone demonstrated Jesus was and is more than human.

The jury decided the truth about Steve from the fuse in the Fallout, without any testimony from my Witnesses.

How much easier should it have been for me to make a decision about Jesus with this information from the gospel eyewitness accounts, the fuse in the Fallout for Tammy, it's persuasive fuse in a Fallout for Jesus is phenomenal.

Add in the eyewitness testimony of the gospels and the evidence is overwhelming.

The engines knew what they were doing when they divided the calendar, while they may seem like artifacts from the past.

The labels BC meaning before Christ and a d meaning anal domini or a year of Our Lord, are far more accurate descriptions of history's timeline than our modern, BCE and CE.

If, if you're, not a Believer, our calendars demonstrate that Jesus still matters Jesus matters, because he Inspire more literature than any other person in history.

He matters because he was the ultimate Catalyst for the visual and musical arts.

He matters because his teaching us at the standard for moral reform and initiated a worldview that led to the flourishing of Education Jesus matters, because he sparked an explosion of scientific discovery and exploration, and he matters because his influence on human spirituality is so overwhelming that every major world religion either mentions him or merges him into their system and from each of these aspects of the Common Era, Fallout, literature, art, music, education, science and non-Christian religions.

A robust description of Jesus can be accurately reconstructed, even if every new testament manuscript had been destroyed.

Think about that.

Looking at all the evidence, I couldn't help but draw the obvious conclusion only if Jesus truly was more than a man if he was God incarnate, as that first Pastor in the gospel authors claimed what is unparalleled.

Impact on History makes sense.

Wouldn't we expect God to inspire the Ancients to think about him, the Jews to prophesy and history, to a line to his arrival? Wouldn't we expect God to have an explosive impact on the most important aspects of human existence? Wouldn't we expect him to reorder our calendar and transform our history.

This had that kind of impact on History the kind of impact we would expect from God the fuse and the Fallout of the Common Era simply confirmed the existence and deity of Jesus, as described in the New Testament Christian authors, artists, musicians, Educators scientists had known for years what I was just discovering Jesus doesn't matter because he influenced the world.

Jesus influenced the world because he matters Jesus was who he said.

He was God incarnate that truth turned the world upside down and it turned my world upside down as well.

I had a decision to make would I continue to ignore this person of interest that was responsible for everything, I valued or would I acknowledge Him as the source of nearly everything that matters decided to trust? What history revealed about Jesus I also came to trust what the gospels said about Jesus and what Jesus said about himself.

Perhaps more importantly, I decided to trust what Jesus said about me.

Our moral imperfection differentiates and separates us from God.

Yet he came to us in the person of Jesus to offer a remedy.

Those of us who recognize the truth about Jesus can accept his offer to reunite us with God Jesus Paid the price for our moral imperfection on the cross, the perfect being who had the power to create forgive Grant life.

Judge sin took the penalty that we deserve.

Those of us who are willing to trust Jesus and accept the offer of forgiveness and follow him will be forever reconciled to God.

That decision matters and it leads to a life that matters I'm Christian today, because Christianity is true, demonstrably true.

The evidence of History screams Jesus from every significant human achievement in every meaningful aspect of culture.

Even on days when it's difficult to be a Christian.

My high regard for truth leaves me no alternative, but to embrace Jesus as history's Person of Interest, and my personal Savior Jesus Christ is in the business of changing hearts and Minds, creating something from nothing, turning apathy into conviction and hopelessness into meaning he's done it for thousands of writers and artists and musicians and Educators and scientists he's done it for millions of Believers.

Just like me, he can do it for you as well.
